Staying at this hotel was a great way to minimize stress before my morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. The rooms were not only clean and comfortable, but they also provided a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The dining options were impressive, and I enjoyed a lovely meal. However, I was a bit disappointed with the gym access policy and the late-night amenity availability, which could have enhanced my experience further.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight, especially for a family like ours. The convenience of being just a short indoor walk to Terminal 5 made our travel plans so much easier. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, though we did notice some noise from the hallway at night. Service was exceptional from start to finish, and we really enjoyed the quality breakfast offerings. While the occasional noise and room service could be improved, we still found great value during our stay.
